More information about XR-100 Light Varmint air rifle

New XR-100 airgun!

Designed exclusively in .177 caliber for Bench Rest competition, in the Light Varmint modality.

Born to compete. Designed with double LOBO Airguns regulator.

With their angular shapes, they facilitate anchoring in the turret thanks to their 3" wide plate. This same plate has ballasts for its placement and thus gains the maximum possible weight.

Built with the mission of obtaining maximum precision with our pressure regulators and a Lothar Walther barrel, in addition to being able to adjust the weight and go to the maximum allowable to provide unmatched poise.

Thanks to the new barrel fixing system we can rotate our barrel to position it at the angle which provides the greatest precision. We can rotate the barrel leaving it in the degrees where the carbine has the best performance.

FAQ's about our air rifles

What permit is required for a PCP or air rifle?

You do not need a licence to purchase an air rifle. With the sale of LOBO AirGuns airguns we enclose the necessary cards for registration at your local town hall and the Guardia Civil.

It will be necessary to carry the registered card with the weapon every time you travel with it.

Can the power of a PCP air rifle be modified?

In Spain it is not legally possible.

In countries where the legislation is more permissive with airguns there is no power restriction. That is why at LOBO AirGuns, we enclose a second spring with our air rifles in case you travel to countries where the maximum power is higher than 24 joules.

What is the legal power?

According to Spanish legislation the power of a PCP or spring air rifle cannot exceed 24 J (joules). The legislation does not cover the calibre, only the power output.

24 joules with .177 caliber, .22 caliber, .25 caliber, .30 caliber, etc.

Where can airguns be used?

PCP rifles or carbines shall be used on ranges, properties or private enclosures that are fenced off and away from the general public.

Can I guide a LOBO AirGuns PCP air carbine to an F licence?

No. We only have a licence to manufacture 24 joule carbines.

It is not feasible for a 4th category air rifle manufacturer to sell a gun and then supposedly have the user modify it at home to give more power and then license it as a rifle.

Is it possible to hunt in Spain with them?

No, current law prohibits hunting in Spain with air rifles, whether spring or PCP.

Can I compete with a PCP air rifle?

Yes, at LOBO AirGuns we have different models of competition PCP air rifles, oriented to this objective due to their design and performance.

How long will it take to receive the air rifle?

As a general rule, between 2 and 5 days.
